We understand this is a big decision we want to earn your trust.
Our credit repair service subscription consists of two things: The credit repair consultation service and credit report monitoring.
The initial charge to order your 3B credit reports with scores is $1.00 for a 7-day trial period. Thereafter, the monthly cost for the credit monitoring system used to have shared limited access to your credit reports, is $19.99/month. We can't provide your credit analysis without this!
Our credit repair consultation and coaching service is FREE to enroll. Thereafter, the cost is recurring every 30 days for the following:
-- $49/mo DIY program*
-- $100/mo for an individual plan
-- $150/mo for family plan
Our average customer may use our services between 4-8 months, give or take. Everyone's situation is different and we can not control if the credit bureaus request more supporting documents. Credit reports change every month, therefore this is a month to month process and can easily take several attempts to work on your credit situation. It takes 30-45 days, just for the credit bureaus respond to the process and respond to our work.
Nothing in life is a "quick fix", working on your credit is similar to working out in the gym-It takes time to make a better version of yourself!
Our clients have the right to cancel our service anytime, even seconds after enrolling. There is no contract or fees owed when cancelling.
The FCRA gives you the right to dispute anything on your credit report. The credit bureaus must investigate on these disputed items and remove them, if they are found not in compliance with the FCRA. https://files.consumerfinance.gov/f/documents/bcfp_consumer-rights-summary_2018-09.pdf
PULLED Credit repair is owned and run by KIPLIN, the same team that has served the community in the auto sales business for the last 10 years. Our team is dedicated to changing lives in our community, first through transportation, now though credit repair and enhancement services.
If you have bad credit (negative accounts reporting): You need credit repair.
If you have zero credit (no credit history): You need to build credit.
Credit repair is the process of disputing items that are affecting your credit scores. These negative items can be removed IF: They are reported inaccurately, reported incomplete, the account is unverified, no response to disputes or a violation within the FCRA or FDCPA. This happens quite often and many of our customers will see credit score increases, when these negative accounts are removed.
We follow all requirements in the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). We do not charge upfront service fees, advertise fake promises, and our clients can cancel anytime. When we process a dispute, an item will only be deleted from a credit report if it is: Inaccurate, incomplete, unverified or no response given. If you are seeking for a "instant credit fix" or any other unrealistic scams, we are not the service for you and will not tolerate anything that could lead to a potential violation in the CROA.

Credit Karma nor the Experian app imports data from all three credit bureaus into our system, therefore we can not use those. As much as we wish you can use your free cell phone apps, it just won't work. However, if you already have a real credit monitoring membership with companies like MyFreeScoreNow, SmartCredit, IdentityIQ or PrivacyGuard, we can use that and you do not have to enroll into a new credit monitoring membership. We recommend myfreescorenow.com, because it appears to be a bit cheaper.
Calls for a very special situation involving police and attorneys.
Signing up is quick and only takes 10 minutes. You'll only need basic personal information and a copy of your driver's license, along with a document to prove your residency (utility bill, card statement, etc).
The card you put on file for our services, must be a real bank credit or debit card. Our billing system can not process pre-paid merchants, such as: Cashapp cards, Chime cards, etc.
Every 30 days, your online portal will show your newest scores and updated account details. You'll also receive emails on the new work we're processing. Along with this, the credit bureaus will also mail you updates. Also, once enrolled, you'll also have our office support number, in case you decide to just call every 30 days to speak about your situation.
By now you should recognize that we are an honest, law-abiding company that avoids drama and unnecessary issues with consumers. We provide an easy way for clients to stay updated.
We answer questions quickly—often within minutes—without requiring you to call or submit a contact form. Our focus is on educating you before enrollment to prevent misunderstandings later. Our pricing is fair and competitive, and if you have any concerns or questions, reaching us is simple.
Please understand that it’s not our fault if negative accounts appear on your credit profile. Our goal is to help your situation, and if a concern of discontent arises, we will respectfully discontinue our services without any hard feelings.
As mentioned before, we grow in business by being transparent and honest. Therefore we try to keep up with being on every social platform there is.

Usually the credit industry is flooded by bad reviews, because companies do not consult with their customers or explain what's going on. Many of those companies have horrible reviews, because they sell fake dreams or their customers do not understand how any of this works. Our 5-star branding is more important than anything else and we only accept clients who understand what's going on and eliminate those who the service may not be the best for.
We do not lie to consumers about what can be removed from their credit report or promise results. If someone is telling you they can "fix your credit" without or before seeing your credit reports, they are violating laws in CROA and it is a good chance they are not being truthfully. Would you allow a doctor to give you surgery, without them seeing what's wrong with you? Would you hire a lawyer, without them looking at your case?
We do not accept service payments up front. If a company if charging service fees upfront (before you enroll or processing any work), they are violating CROA and you should not do business with them.
We do not offer "credit sweeps". This is a term used to illegally file a police report "claiming something doesn't belong to the consumer" or "they are a victim of identity theft", just to submit it to the credit bureaus and they remove those items. Issues like these above is what give real credit repair companies a bad name. Before signing up with any credit repair service, be sure they are notifying you of laws you should be aware of!
When a consumer uses a credit repair service, it is because they have negative items affecting their credit scores. We accept all situations and will work on those negative accounts. These negative accounts are normally removed IF: They are unverified, reported inaccurately, reported incomplete, no response to the disputes or proven to violate anything in the FCRA or FDCPA.
Most people are affected by late payments, charge-offs, debt collection accounts, bankruptcy filings or anything that is negative on their credit reports. Many consumers see these items get removed if the credit bureaus find that it fits the descriptions listed above. After working on these items and we find there is no solution, we will also notify you of these situations.
There are tons of services out there in the world today. Most of these services either save people time or complete tasks quicker and better.
We can make our own food at home, but if don't have time or the correct recipe, we may pay a restaurant or chef to cook for us.
Credit repair is similar to many of these services. It is literally just a SERVICE.
If you don't have time to attempt this month after month or time to learn, hiring a credit repair company is the way to go.
When you dispute online, normally this just sends a request to the credit bureaus claiming "this doesn't belong to me". Normally this will never work, unless the reporting company doesn't respond in time and many times when you dispute an item online once, you aren't allowed to dispute again. This is not a recommended method in searching for errors, inaccuracies, violations and other methods to remove negative items.
Most credit repair companies have the experience to see which method may work with certain items and if it can be done or not. regardless if you hired a service or did this yourself, you should always mail to provide documents and keep a paper trail.
We hear stories like this often from new customers. If an item reports back, normally it's from a debt collection account being sold to a new company to "report again". Many of these unverified items can be proven as a duplicate reporting, if the bureaus found it unverified before. It does not mean the account "came back", it is only an attempt for the reporting company to affect your credit again. It can sometimes be part of the process.
You may heard before, "to fix your credit, just pay your bills or pay what's owed". Unfortunately, paying accounts in collections, charge-off accounts or even accounts with late payments, will not delete the negative payment history. The information still reports for 7 years.
If the item is already charged off or in collections and affecting your credit scores, the only thing we can focus on is seeing if the items can be removed. We do not give advice on if you should pay debt collectors or accounts already charged off, you should consult with an attorney.
Any person telling you this, is violating the Credit Repair Organizations Act and could be in trouble. It is impossible to guarantee results before a consumer signs up for a credit repair service. Usually a person lying to consumers about this, isn't a real Credit Repair company and is just trying to scam consumers.
EXAMPLE: If you commit a crime and get arrested, hiring a lawyer will not promise you a chance to walk away freely. You may hire a lawyer to either help negotiate your jail sentence or find you not guilty in court. It is impossible for a lawyer to automatically claim he can help your situation, prior to knowing or seeing the evidence against you. You hire a lawyer to attempt to make your situation better in court, because you either aren't familiar with your rights and laws or don't have time to learn them.
This same example applies to hiring a credit repair company, to attempt to find ways to get the credit bureaus to remove negative information reporting (based on their investigations-if the items are inaccurate, incomplete, unverified or they received no responses).
The card you put on file with us will be automatically billed when the service payment is due. This is normally the following month after services are completed, on the date you signed up on (unless a different date is requested). You will receive an email in advance, letting you know your payment date is approaching. For example, if you enrolled on January 5th, your payment will be on the 5th of each month.
You will receive an email 7 days and 3 days before your payment date, letting you know your payment is due soon. If your payment method fails, you will also receive an email allowing you to update your payment method. With this email, you can do things such as update your payment method, request to change your payment date or request to cancel further services.
You can also email [email protected] for any billing concerns and we'll respond during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST.
Once our service and document processing are completed, refunds cannot be issued and credit bureau investigations cannot be voided, as it would be too late.
Example: If a client has been enrolled for several months and claims they didn’t know they were enrolled, we can only cancel future services. It’s like signing up for a streaming service and later requesting a refund because you forgot you created the account—the service provider won’t refund you.
Yes. We store payment information securely and only for the purpose of processing your subscription.
We use industry-standard security measures and encryption to protect data.
We do not store full card details in our systems; where possible, we rely on tokenization or trusted payment processors.
Absolutely, BUT:
Our customer support number is provided only to clients who are fully enrolled in our service. This helps minimize repetitive calls about pricing and information already available online. With phone lines consistently busy, we prioritize calls that address each enrolled client’s specific situation.
If a question isn’t answered on this page, please contact us or email [email protected]. We will respond during our business hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm (EST).
Remember the saying: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Many so‑called “credit repair” outfits claim to fix credit in days or hours. If that were possible, no one would have bad credit. These claims mislead consumers and undermine legitimate companies that must adhere to strict industry laws. Sadly, scams like these persist, and people continue to be deceived.
This is a commonly asked question and many people actually think we control this.
Credit scores ONLY drop when something negative is added to your credit report (see below):
-- You miss a payment on something - Your scores drop
-- You apply for financing (run your credit / add hard inquiries) - Your scores drop
-- You let an account go into charge-off status or into collections - Your scores drop
-- You leave balances on your credit cards on the reporting date - Your scores drop
-- You add new accounts / debt (shortening your average age of credit) - Your scores drop
Credit repair companies are not banks, nor report to credit bureaus. Also, us reviewing your credit will not place a hard inquiry on your credit reports.
With years of experience, this FAQ covers the questions we hear most daily, but you’ll likely have a question that’s more personal.
Please email [email protected] and we’ll respond within the same business day during EST hours: 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Monday–Friday.
Note: If you don’t see a reply in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
This is a frequently asked question. In line with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), we do not and will not accept any funds paid upfront. Staying compliant with the laws we’re required to follow is more important than taking upfront payment and risking fines.
Our service is fully online—like the utility bills we pay each month. Most questions are answered on our website, and you can ask more in a quick inquiry.
For efficiency and security, we don’t rely on in-person consultations. Enrolled customers can reach our support line for a brief 3–5 minute call from home.
